After successful submission, check back by 9:30PM to download the compiled contacts.
ANS: You are allowed to submit your number only once per day.
ANS: No!. You are expected to submit your number by yourself.
ANS: The Premium Plans Subscription Is N1000 monthly.
ANS: After payment, you would be given a unique password which you would be using to access and download the premium plan files.
ANS: Your password would be disabled, and you can't access and download the premium files again till you renew your subscription
ANS: Yes!. You have to submit your number everyday if you want your number to be included in the compiled contacts file.
ANS: It's expected that we would upload the VCF compiled contacts file everyday within the time range 10:00PM to 8:00AM, but in a case where there's an issue and we aren't able to compile the contacts, then there maight be a delay in uploading the file. So in that case, you have to patiently wait untill the file is uploaded.
ANS: By defualt we upload the compiled contacts in a VCF file format ( Virtual Contact File ) which can be imported automatically to your contacts. So all you have to do is to download the file and after downloading, click on the downloaded file and you maight see an option to select where to save the compiled contatcs ( either on your phone, or gmail account ), its advisable to save to your gmail account(email). Also if you have more than 1 contact manager app installed on your phone, then you maight have to select the app you want to complete the import action with, so you select anyone and continue. Boom!!!, your contacts would be imported ( saved ) succesfully.
ANS: By defualt, 8:00AM is the time which submission of numbers start everyday, but in a case where the previous compiled file isn't uploaded, then there would be a delay is activating the submission form. So you are expected to be checking back regularly to see when the submission form gets activated for the day.
